व्यवस्थाविवरण 23:21

“जब तू अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा के लिये मन्नत माने, तो उसे पूरी करने में विलम्ब न करना; क्योंकि तेरा परमेश्वर यहोवा उसे निश्चय तुझ से ले लेगा, और विलम्ब करने से तू पापी ठहरेगा। (मत्ती 5:33)

¶ When thou shalt vow a vow unto the LORD thy God, thou shalt not slack to pay it: for the LORD thy God will surely require it of thee; and it would be sin in thee.
