ถ้ามีหญิงพรหมจารีคนหนึ่งหมั้นไว้กับสามี​แล้ว​ และมีชายคนหนึ่งไปพบเธอในเมือง และได้ร่วมกับเธอ

¶ If a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed unto an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her;
