Deuteronomium 22:24

dan moet ge ze beiden naar de poort van de stad brengen en ze doodstenigen; het meisje, omdat zij niet om hulp heeft geroepen, ofschoon ze zich in de stad bevond, en de man, omdat hij een andermans vrouw heeft verkracht. Zo moet gij dit kwaad uit uw midden verwijderen.

Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour’s wife: so thou shalt put away evil from among you.
