પણ જો કોઈ પુરુષ સગાઈ કરેલી કન્યાને ખેતરમાં મળે, જો તે તેની સાથે બળજબરી કરીને વ્યભિચાર કરે, તો ફક્ત તેની સાથે વ્યભિચાર કરનાર પુરુષ જ માર્યો જાય.
