Och generalerna ska tala och säga till folket: [Undantag från krigstjänst:] ”Vilken man finns bland er som har byggt ett nytt hus, och inte invigt det? Låt honom vända om och gå tillbaka till sitt hus, annars kanske han dör i striden och en annan man inviger det.
