Deuteronomium 1:31

En in de woestijn, waar gij gezien hebt, dat de HEERE uw God, u daarin gedragen heeft, als een man zijn zoon draagt, op al den weg, dien gij gewandeld hebt, totdat gij kwaamt aan deze plaats.

And in the wilderness, where thou hast seen how that the LORD thy God bare thee, as a man doth bear his son, in all the way that ye went, until ye came into this place.
