પુનર્નિયમ 1:17

ન્યાય કરતી વખતે તમારે આંખની શરમ રાખવી નહિ; નાના તથા મોટા સૌનું સરખી રીતે સાંભળવું. માણસનું મોં જોઈને તમારે બીવું નહિ, કેમ કે ન્યાય કરવો એ ઈશ્વરનું કામ છે. જો કોઈ મુકદમો તમને અઘરો લાગે તો તે તમારે મારી પાસે લાવવો એટલે તે હું સંભાળીશ.

Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the judgment is God’s: and the cause that is too hard for you, bring it unto me, and I will hear it.
