Deuteronomio 19:12

dapat magpadala ang mga nakatatanda ng kaniyang lungsod at dalhin siya pabalik mula roon, at ibigay siya sa kamay ng mapagkakatiwalaang kamag-anak, para mamatay siya.

Then the elders of his city shall send and fetch him thence, and deliver him into the hand of the avenger of blood, that he may die.
