உபாகமம் 19:3

கொலைசெய்தவன் எவனும் அங்கே ஓடிப்போகும்படி உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவா உனக்குச் சொந்தமாகக் கொடுக்கப்போகிற உன் தேசத்தின் எல்லையை நீ மூன்று பங்காகப் பகுத்து அதற்கு வழியை உண்டாக்குவாய் .

Thou shalt prepare thee a way, and divide the coasts of thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee to inherit, into three parts, that every slayer may flee thither.
