ద్వితీయోపదేశ కాండము 16:18

మీ యెహోవా దేవుడు మీకు ఇస్తున్న మీ పట్టణాలన్నిటిలో మీ గోత్రాలకు న్యాయాధిపతులనూ నాయకులనూ నియమించుకోవాలి. వారు న్యాయంగా ప్రజలకు తీర్పుతీర్చాలి.

¶ Judges and officers shalt thou make thee in all thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, throughout thy tribes: and they shall judge the people with just judgment.
