પુનર્નિયમ 16:18

જે નગરની ભાગળ યહોવાહ તારા ઈશ્વર તમને આપે તેમાં તમે તમારા માટે તમારા કુળોમાંથી ન્યાયાધીશો તથા બીજા અધિકારીઓની નિમણૂક કરો, તેઓ લોકોનો ઉચિત ન્યાય કરશે.

¶ Judges and officers shalt thou make thee in all thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, throughout thy tribes: and they shall judge the people with just judgment.
