Deuteronomio 15:11

Dahil hindi kailanman mawawala ang mahihirap sa lupain; kaya sinasabi ko ito sa inyo, 'Dapat ninyong tiyaking bukas ang inyong kamay sa inyong kapatid, sa mga nangangailangan sa inyo, at sa mga mahihirap sa inyong lupain.'

For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.
