పేదలు దేశంలో ఉండక మానరు. అందుచేత నేను మీ దేశంలో దీనులు, “పేదలు అయిన మీ సోదరులకు తప్పకుండా సహాయం చేయాలని మీకు ఆజ్ఞాపిస్తున్నాను.

For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.
