Второзаконие 15:2

Прощение же состоит в том, чтобы всякий заимодавец, который дал взаймы ближнему своему, простил долг и не взыскивал с ближнего своего или с брата своего, ибо провозглашено прощение ради Господа Бога твоего;

And this is the manner of the release: Every creditor that lendeth ought unto his neighbour shall release it; he shall not exact it of his neighbour, or of his brother; because it is called the LORD’s release.
