व्यवस्थाविवरण 15:19

“तेरी गायों और भेड़-बकरियों के जितने पहलौठे नर हों उन सभी को अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा के लिये पवित्र रखना; अपनी गायों के पहिलौठों से कोई काम न लेना, और न अपनी भेड़-बकरियों के पहिलौठों का ऊन कतरना।

¶ All the firstling males that come of thy herd and of thy flock thou shalt sanctify unto the LORD thy God: thou shalt do no work with the firstling of thy bullock, nor shear the firstling of thy sheep.
