നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയുടെ കല്പനകൾ അനുസരിക്കാതെ ഇന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു കല്പിക്കുന്ന വഴിയെ വിട്ടുമാറി നിങ്ങൾ അറിഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ലാത്ത അന്യദൈവങ്ങളുടെ പിന്നാലെ ചെല്ലുന്നു എങ്കിൽ ശാപവും വരും.

And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of the LORD your God, but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which ye have not known.
