ઇઝરાયલી લોકો બેરોથ બેની યાકાન થી મુસાફરી કરીને મોસેરા આવ્યા. ત્યાં હારુનનું મૃત્યુ થયું, તેને ત્યાં જ દફનાવવામાં આવ્યો. તેની જગ્યાએ તેના દીકરા એલાઝારે યાજકપદની સેવા બજાવી.
