ദാനീയേൽ 9:3

അപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ ഉപവസിച്ചും രട്ടുടുത്തും വെണ്ണീരിൽ ഇരുന്നുംകൊണ്ടു പ്രാർത്ഥനയോടും യാചനകളോടും കൂടെ അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ദൈവമായ കർത്താവിങ്കലേക്കു മുഖം തിരിച്ചു.
