दानिय्येल 9:8

हे यहोवा, हम लोगों ने अपने राजाओं, हाकिमों और पूर्वजों समेत तेरे विरुद्ध पाप किया है, इस कारण हमको लज्जित होना पड़ता है।

O Lord, to us belongeth confusion of face, to our kings, to our princes, and to our fathers, because we have sinned against thee.
