​ขณะที่​ข้าพเจ้าดู​อยู่​​มี​หลายบัลลั​งก​์​ถู​​กล​้มลง และผู้​หน​ึ่งผู้เจริญด้วยวัยวุฒิมาประทับ ​ฉลองพระองค์​ขาวอย่างหิ​มะ​ พระเกศาที่พระเศียรของพระองค์เหมือนขนแกะบริ​สุทธิ​์ พระบัลลั​งก​์ของพระองค์เป็นเปลวเพลิง กงจักรของบัลลั​งก​์นั้นเป็นไฟลุก

¶ I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.
