જ્યારે હું એ શિંગડાં વિષે વિચાર કરતો હતો તેવામાં, મેં જોયું તો, જુઓ તેઓની મધ્યે બીજું નાનું શિંગડું ફૂટી નીકળ્યું. અગાઉના ત્રણ શિંગડાં મૂળમાંથી ઊખડી ગયાં. આ શિંગડામાં મેં માણસની આંખો જેવી આંખો અને મોટી બાબતો વિષે બડાઈ કરતું મુખ જોયું.

I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.
