​แล​้วกษั​ตริ​ย์ดาริอัสทรงมีพระราชสารไปถึงบรรดาชนชาติ ​ประชาชาติ​​ทั้งปวง​ และภาษาทั้งหลายที่อาศัยอยู่ในพิภพทั้งสิ้​นว​่า “​สันติ​สุขจงมี​แก่​ท่านทั้งหลายอย่างทวี​คูณ​
