Rikets alla furstar, guvernörer och satraper, rådsherrar och ståthållare har enats om att det bör antas en kunglig förordning och utfärdas ett påbud: Den som under trettio dagar ber till någon annan gud eller människa än till dig, o konung, ska kastas i lejongropen .
