Даниел 6:12

Апой, с-ау ынфэцишат ынаинтя ымпэратулуй ши й-ау зис ку привире ла оприря ымпэрэтяскэ: „Н-ай скрис ту о оприре каре спуне кэ орьчине ва ынэлца, тимп де трейзечь де зиле, ругэчунь вреунуй думнезеу сау вреунуй ом, афарэ де тине, ымпэрате, сэ фие арункат ын гроапа ку лей?” Ымпэратул а рэспунс: „Лукрул ачеста есте адевэрат, дупэ леӂя мезилор ши першилор, каре ну се поате скимба!”

Then they came near, and spake before the king concerning the king’s decree; Hast thou not signed a decree, that every man that shall ask a petition of any God or man within thirty days, save of thee, O king, shall be cast into the den of lions? The king answered and said, The thing is true, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which altereth not.
