પછી રાજા પોતાના મહેલમાં ગયો અને આખી રાત તેણે કંઈ ખાધું નહિ. તેમ વાજિંત્રો પણ તેની આગળ લાવવામાં કે વગાડવામાં આવ્યાં નહિ, તેની ઊંઘ ઊડી ગઈ.

¶ Then the king went to his palace, and passed the night fasting: neither were instruments of musick brought before him: and his sleep went from him.
