ராஜாவாகிய நேபுகாத்நேச்சார் அறுபதுமுழ உயரமும், ஆறுமுழ அகலமுமான ஒருபொற்சிலையை உண்டாக்கி, பாபிலோன் மாகாணத்திலிருக்கிற தூரா என்னும் சமபூமியிலே நிறுத்தினான்.
