และได้ทรงมอบไว้ในหัตถ์​พระองค์​​ท่าน​ ซึ่​งบ​ุตรทั้งหลายของมนุษย์ ​สัตว์​ในทุ่งนาและนกในอากาศ ​ไม่​ว่ามันจะอาศัยอยู่ ​ณ​ ​ที่​ใดๆให้​แก่​​พระองค์​ กระทำให้​พระองค์​ปกครองมันได้​ทั้งหมด​ เศียรทองคำนั้นคือพระองค์​เอง​

And wheresoever the children of men dwell, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the heaven hath he given into thine hand, and hath made thee ruler over them all. Thou art this head of gold.
