​โอ​ ข้าแต่​กษัตริย์​ ​พระองค์​​ทอดพระเนตร​ และดู​เถิด​ ​มี​ปฏิมากรขนาดใหญ่ ปฏิมากรนี้​ใหญ่​และสุกใสยิ่งนัก ​ตั้งอยู่​ต่อเบื้องพระพักตร์​พระองค์​ และรูปร่างก็​น่ากลัว​

¶ Thou, O king, sawest, and behold a great image. This great image, whose brightness was excellent, stood before thee; and the form thereof was terrible.
