రాజు దానియేలుకు ఎన్నో విలువైన బహుమతులు ఇచ్చాడు. అతణ్ణి ఘనపరచి బబులోను ఆస్థానం అంతటిపైన అధికారిగా, దేశాలోని జ్ఞానులందరి మీద పెద్దగా నియమించాడు.

Then the king made Daniel a great man, and gave him many great gifts, and made him ruler over the whole province of Babylon, and chief of the governors over all the wise men of Babylon.
