જેમ પગના આંગળાંનો કેટલોક ભાગ લોખંડનો અને કેટલોક ભાગ માટીનો બનેલો હતો, તેમ તે રાજ્યનો કેટલોક ભાગ બળવાન અને કેટલોક ભાગ તકલાદી થશે.

And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken.
