દાનિયેલ 2:21

તે સમયોને તથા ઋતુઓને બદલે છે; તે રાજાઓને પદભ્રષ્ટ કરે છે વળી રાજાઓને રાજગાદીએ બેસાડે છે. તે જ્ઞાનીને ડહાપણ તથા બુદ્ધિમાનને સમજ આપે છે.

And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding:
