Daniel 1:3

Kungen [Nebukadnessar] befallde Aspenas, sin chef för hovtjänstemännen (ledare för eunuckerna), att välja ut några av Israels unga män [13-15 år] av kunglig släkt eller av förnäm börd [som han tagit med sig som fångar].

¶ And the king spake unto Ashpenaz the master of his eunuchs, that he should bring certain of the children of Israel, and of the king’s seed, and of the princes;
