కొలస్సయులకు రాసిన పత్రిక 2:19

అలాంటి వాడు శిరస్సుగా ఉన్న క్రీస్తు యేసును అంటి పెట్టుకుని ఉండడు. ఆ శిరస్సు వల్లనే శరీరానికి పోషణ జరుగుతుంది. ఆ శిరస్సు వల్లనే కీళ్లతో, నరాలతో శరీరం ఒక్కటిగా ఉంటుంది. దేవుడు ప్రసాదించే ఎదుగుదలతో శరీరం అభివృద్ధి చెందుతుంది.

And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.
