ആമോസ് 9:8

യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ ദൃഷ്ടി പാപമുള്ള രാജ്യത്തിന്മേൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നു; ഞാൻ അതിനെ ഭൂതലത്തിൽനിന്നു നശിപ്പിക്കും; എങ്കിലും ഞാൻ യാക്കോബ് ഗൃഹത്തെ മുഴുവനും നശിപ്പിക്കയില്ല എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

Behold, the eyes of the Lord GOD are upon the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from off the face of the earth; saving that I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob, saith the LORD.
