આમોસ 9:9

જુઓ, હું આજ્ઞા કરીશ કે, જેવી રીતે અનાજને ચાળણીમાં ચાળવામાં આવે છે, તેમ હું ઇઝરાયલના વંશજોને સઘળી પ્રજાઓમાં ચાળીશ, તેમ છતાં તેમાંનો નાનામાં નાનો દાણો પણ નીચે પડશે નહિ .

For, lo, I will command, and I will sift the house of Israel among all nations, like as corn is sifted in a sieve, yet shall not the least grain fall upon the earth.
