อาโมส 7:8

และพระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสกับข้าพเจ้าว่า “อาโมสเอ๋ย ​เจ้​าเห็นอะไร” และข้าพเจ้าทูลว่า “สายดิ่งเส้นหนึ่ง พระเจ้าข้า” ​แล​้วองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าตรั​สว​่า “​ดู​​เถิด​ เราจะเอาสายดิ่งจั​บท​่ามกลางอิสราเอลประชาชนของเรา เราจะไม่ผ่านเขาไปอีก

And the LORD said unto me, Amos, what seest thou? And I said, A plumbline. Then said the Lord, Behold, I will set a plumbline in the midst of my people Israel: I will not again pass by them any more:
