ஆமோஸ் 7:8

யெகோவா என்னை நோக்கி: ஆமோஸே, நீ என்னத்தைக் காண்கிறாய் என்றார்; தூக்குநூலைக் காண்கிறேன் என்றேன்; அப்பொழுது ஆண்டவர்: இதோ, இஸ்ரவேல் என்னும் என்னுடைய மக்களின் நடுவே தூக்குநூலை விடுவேன்; இனி அவர்களை மன்னிக்கமாட்டேன்.

And the LORD said unto me, Amos, what seest thou? And I said, A plumbline. Then said the Lord, Behold, I will set a plumbline in the midst of my people Israel: I will not again pass by them any more:
