આમોસ 7:17

માટે યહોવાહ આમ કહે છે કે; તારી પત્ની નગરની ગણિકા બનશે; અને તારા દીકરાઓ તથા તારી દીકરીઓ તલવારથી માર્યા જશે; તારી ભૂમિ દોરીથી માપીને બીજાઓને વહેંચાશે; તું પોતે અપવિત્ર ભૂમિમાં મૃત્યુ પામશે, અને નિશ્ચે ઇઝરાયલ લોકોને પોતાના દેશમાંથી ગુલામ બનાવીને લઈ જવામાં આવશે.’”

Therefore thus saith the LORD; Thy wife shall be an harlot in the city, and thy sons and thy daughters shall fall by the sword, and thy land shall be divided by line; and thou shalt die in a polluted land: and Israel shall surely go into captivity forth of his land.
