આમોસ 5:22

જો કે તમે તમારાં દહનીયાર્પણ અને ખાદ્યાર્પણ લાવશો, તોપણ હું તેનો સ્વીકાર કરીશ નહિ. હું તમારાં પુષ્ટ પશુઓનાં શાંત્યર્પણોની સામે જોઈશ પણ નહિ.

Though ye offer me burnt offerings and your meat offerings, I will not accept them: neither will I regard the peace offerings of your fat beasts.
