चाहे तुम मेरे लिये होमबलि और अन्नबलि चढ़ाओ, तो भी मैं प्रसन्न न होऊँगा, और तुम्हारे पाले हुए पशुओं के मेलबलियों की ओर न ताकूँगा।

Though ye offer me burnt offerings and your meat offerings, I will not accept them: neither will I regard the peace offerings of your fat beasts.
