ஆமோஸ் 4:10

எகிப்திலே உண்டானதற்கு ஒப்பான கொள்ளைநோயை உங்களுக்குள் அனுப்பினேன்; உங்களுடைய வாலிபர்களை வாளாலே கொன்றேன்; உங்களுடைய குதிரைகளை அழித்துப்போட்டேன்; உங்களுடைய முகாம்களின் நாற்றத்தை உங்களுடைய நாசிகளிலும் ஏறச்செய்தேன்; ஆகிலும் நீங்கள் என்னிடத்தில் திரும்பாமல்போனீர்கள் என்று யெகோவா சொல்லுகிறார்.

I have sent among you the pestilence after the manner of Egypt: your young men have I slain with the sword, and have taken away your horses; and I have made the stink of your camps to come up unto your nostrils: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.
