Amos 3:12

Så säger Herren (Jahveh): ”Som en herde räddar två ben eller en bit av ett öra från lejonets gap, så ska Israels söner som bor i Samarien fly med hörnet av en bädd och damasken (en bit/hörn av benet) från en soffa (dagbädd).” Herren ska inspektera/straffa

Thus saith the LORD; As the shepherd taketh out of the mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear; so shall the children of Israel be taken out that dwell in Samaria in the corner of a bed, and in Damascus in a couch.
