ఆమోసు 2:6

యెహోవా తెలియజేసేది ఏంటంటే “ఇశ్రాయేలు మూడు సార్లు నాలుగు సార్లు చేసిన పాపాలను బట్టి నేను తప్పకుండా దాన్ని శిక్షిస్తాను. ఎందుకంటే డబ్బు కోసం వాళ్ళు నిర్దోషులను అమ్మేశారు. చెప్పుల కోసం పేదలను అమ్మేశారు.

¶ Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Israel, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they sold the righteous for silver, and the poor for a pair of shoes;
