ขอหนังสือไปยังธรรมศาลาในเมืองดามัสกัส เพื่อว่าถ้าพบผู้ใดถือทางนั้นไม่ว่าชายหรือหญิง จะได้จับมัดพามายังกรุงเยรูซาเล็ม
