શાસ્ત્રવચનનું જે પ્રકરણ તે વાંચતો હતો તે એ હતું કે, “ઘેટાંની પેઠે મારી નંખાવાને તેમને લઈ જવાયા; અને જેમ હલવાન પોતાના કાતરનારની આગળ મૂંગું રહે છે, તેમ તેમણે પોતાનું મુખ ઉઘાડ્યું નહિ;
