પણ ફિલિપ ઈશ્વરના રાજ્ય તથા ઈસુ ખ્રિસ્તનાં નામ વિષે સુવાર્તા પ્રગટ કરતો હતો ત્યારે તેઓનો વિશ્વાસ તેના પર બેઠો, અને પુરુષોએ તેમ જ સ્ત્રીઓએ બાપ્તિસ્મા લીધું.
