ఆ తరువాత ఐగుప్తు దేశమంతటి మీదా, కనాను దేశమంతటి మీదా తీవ్రమైన కరువూ, గొప్ప బాధలూ వచ్చాయి. కాబట్టి మన పితరులకు ఆహారం దొరకలేదు.

Now there came a dearth over all the land of Egypt and Chanaan, and great affliction: and our fathers found no sustenance.
