પ્રેરિતોનાં કૃત્યો 5:40

તેઓએ તેમનું માન્યું; પછી તેઓએ પ્રેરિતોને પોતાની પાસે પાછા બોલાવીને માર માર્યો; અને વાત કરતાં ઈસુનું નામ લેવું નહિ, એવી આજ્ઞા કરીને તેઓએ તેમને છોડી દીધાં.

And to him they agreed: and when they had called the apostles, and beaten them, they commanded that they should not speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go.
