వారైతే అతనికి హటాత్తుగా జ్వరం వంటిది రావటమో, అతడు అకస్మాత్తుగా పడి చనిపోవడమో జరుగుతుందని కనిపెడుతున్నారు. చాలాసేపు కనిపెట్టిన తరువాత అతనికి ఏ హానీ కలగకపోవడం చూసి తమ అభిప్రాయం మార్చుకుని, “ఇతడొక దేవుడు” అని చెప్పసాగారు.

Howbeit they looked when he should have swollen, or fallen down dead suddenly: but after they had looked a great while, and saw no harm come to him, they changed their minds, and said that he was a god.
