તેઓ પરસ્પર એક મતના ન થયાથી ચાલ્યા ગયા, પણ તે પહેલાં તેઓને પાઉલે કહ્યું કે, પવિત્ર આત્માએ યશાયા પ્રબોધક મારફતે તમારા પૂર્વજોને સાચું જ કહ્યું હતું કે;
